Johor Bharu Trip with Family

Cik Ti felt so happy writing this entry and was really glad with this trip,  we are heading to JB. There was 5 of us, Cik Ti, Mr. A, Maya, Is, Aimin and Mak Nor..

For this entry Cik Ti will cover about :-

i. Trip  - a.  JB Zoo

          - b.  Gerbang Mahkota Johor - Istana

          - c.  Danga Bay  

ii. Place to stay - D'Inpire Residence KSL hotel & Resort (Apartment)

a. Firstly, we went to JB Zoo, that will have lot's of fun there..

Location

The Zoo Johor is located at Jalan Gertak Merah. It is at the heart of Johor Bahru. It is situated near to the Royal Museum and the Johor Bahru Palace Grouds. Still, the nearest landmark to the zoo is a mosque named Masjid abu Bakar.

Overview

Zoo Johor is considered as one of the oldest zoos in Malaysia as it was built in the year of 1928. There are more than 100 species of animals living in Zoo Johor including some endangered species of them animals. They are gorillas, elephants, flamingos, horses, lions and much more. The entrance fee is just RM3. The zoo is clean and well organized with clean food selling around the stalls. This is definitely one favorite spot for families especially the children. There are animal shows for the entertainment of you folks too.

The Persada Johor International Convention Centre is one of the famous landmarks in Johor Bahru. It acts as the prime venue for most major events. Endau Rompin National Park is the second largest National Park in the Peninsular Malaysia. Most tourists spend their days there, camping and exploring the tropical Park. You can choose to stay in the hotels in Johor if you do not enjoy camping inside the Park.

Transport

If you are from Singapore, the most economical way to get to Johor Bahru is by Bus No. 170. It will take you passing the Johor Bahru Immigration, then finally to the Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru. Then, take a cab from the city to the Zoo Johor

c. Danga Bay, Johor

A a popular recreational and commercial centre located by the sea of Johor Bahru. 

The night fave Fun Park, paddle boat, paint ball, karaoke and amusement centre. Or you can just take a leisurely ride on the tram to take in the panoramic view of Danga Bay by night. 

Sorry because Cik Ti don't have any picture, we just go around Danga Bay, (save money lo) ...
